Everything tasted so good! It was my first time having REAL New Orleans food and I will have to thank my friend Hector for the recommendations!  Not to mention, those beignets… are awesome!

I got to meet Rick Bayless, the celebrity chef who specializes in authentic Mexican cooking. He did a cooking demo at Macy’s at the Mall of Millenia. We were served freshly baked bread with a side of very well seasoned olive oil before the whole mess of food came to our table. I think my favorite out of the tapas were the Caracoles a la Vasca.

It is an outdoors restaurant comprised of an eclectic collection of colorful wood and rod iron furniture with a charm of your childhood tree house. Not to mention you are sharing your experience with the neighborhood roosters and chickens.
