Located Fairbanks just east of I4 in a rather small building, Four Rives is a very casual, walk-up-and-order style restaurant. All seating is outdoors on long, picnic style tables that encourage seating with people you don’t know and possibly there is a chance you could be making new friends while you all dine on succulent and juicy barbecue.

At a glance of the menu, the first thing that stood out to me was the “Green Milk Tea.” I thought to myself, I have never had green milk tea before. It was similar to the concept of Thai Tea or Bobba Tea (but without the bobbas). It was great… It was light, refreshing and not overly sweet. I really liked it. I think next time, I am going to try their Marsala Chai Milk Tea.
