Epcot’s Food & Wine: France
We had “Escargot Persillade en Brioche, Garlic and Parsley Snails in Brioche.” This is what it tasted like, clam on a pillow of garlic butter bread. This was MEGA YUMMO! So tasty and well seasoned. This dish was simple but packed a punch full of flavor. To sum it up… “HOLY MOLY! that’s good!”
