The burger at Bistro Moderne is a combination of several kinds of meat, a bun, tomato, sauce, coleslaw, and truffle oil. It’s a sight to behold.
At a glance of the menu, the first thing that stood out to me was the “Green Milk Tea.” I thought to myself, I have never had green milk tea before. It was similar to the concept of Thai Tea or Bobba Tea (but without the bobbas). It was great… It was light, refreshing and not overly sweet. I really liked it. I think next time, I am going to try their Marsala Chai Milk Tea.
Chef Han’s Cafe is a great place to take your family and friends to try out some eastern European food. Everything we had there was delicious and we would recommend it to any food adventurer!
