Mega Yummo Bake Sale Table 2011
Central Florida Food Blogger Bake Sale is being organized by Julie of The Little Kitchen and Katie from Katie’s Cucina. Our local bake sale is held in conjunction with the National Food Blogger Bake sale to benefit Share Our Strength. I normally do not bake but with the quick lessons from my Brazilian mother-in-law, I took off baking like a MAD woman! (A glimpse from last year.)
Last year, thanks to my friends and family who helped me, I was able to raise over $600 from my own kitchen. I am not sure how much I spent on power but lets not get into the details here. 
This year, I will focus on one type of baked goods… CUPCAKES! I picked up some hot tips from Orlando’s renowned wedding cake designer Jennyfer Mancino of The Sugar Suite and now I am ready to rock your world with these pretty little cupcakes!
