Ingredients:
- 1 Pack of 12, 12″ Spinach Tortilla Wraps (I could only find 12″ tortillas at Whole Foods Market)
- Romaine lettuce (chopped)
- Spring mix
- Slices of avocado
- Shredded Cheese (Any cheese, I like to use cheddar!)
- Grilled Chicken (Sliced long ways about 1/2″ thick)
- 1/2 cup of Ranch Dressing (I like the Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, Spicy Ranch
)
- 1/2 cup of Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Minced cilantro
The sauce:
- Mix ranch dressing, sour cream, and the minced cilantro all together and set aside.
The Greens:
- Mix chopped lettuce and spring mix together and set aside.
Procedure:
In the Sauce area:
- Scoop the sauce and spread it around. (This will act as the glue to hold the wrap closed.)
In the Filling Area:
- Lay down the lettuce and spring mix.
- Put sliced avocado on top of the lettuce mix.
- Put the sliced grilled chicken on top of the avocado.
- Sprinkle some cheese and sauce on top of the chicken
How to make a tight wrap:
- At the bottom of your filling, roll the (2.5″) tortilla up and then down into the filling, tucking the filling towards you.
- Fold the (2″) sides in and continue to roll away from you.
You can cut in the middle diagonally or straight and place in the plate with the Sauce side down to hold the wrap in place.
