I am so excited that I could not wait to tell you guys but I decided to make Al and I a “Fancy Dinner.” I was at Publix and spotted Rock Shrimp at the seafood counter. I had to buy a pound to try and here is my creation… I call it:
Lemon & Blood Orange Grilled Salmon with Truffle-Butter Rock Shrimp
