I learned how to poach an egg today! I used my Lake Meadow Naturals Eggs that I bought from the Lake Nona Deli & Market. I poached it for me and Al and topped it on top of Smoked Salmon that I bought from Costco. Looks to be a pretty good breakfast! –So Gourmet! ;o)
