Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza recently added a new specialty pie to its menu, the Roasted Cauliflower Pizza. I came across this new item on their menu and had to try it because I love veggie pizza. To anyone who is skeptical or not a big fan of cauliflower, you still have to give this pizza a try! It’s an interesting take on pizza, and I loved everything about it.
The Roasted Cauliflower Pizza was delicious and perfectly topped with roasted cauliflower (of course), olive oil, garlic, romano cheese, mozzarella cheese, and topped off with bread crumbs. I cannot say enough about how much I liked this pizza! The garlic combined with the roasted cauliflower was what really brought out the pizza’s unique flavor, and the bread crumbs gave it a nice texture. I really liked that the cauliflower was soft and easy to chew, it wasn’t crunchy or dry in texture at all. And of course, I can’t forget about how good Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza dough is. It is crispy on the outside due to the coal oven, yet it is still soft on the inside. The slightly burned outside is what makes the dough unique, and I can’t get a pizza anywhere else like theirs.

I’ve heard really good things about this pizza! I love their wings too!
yes, their wings are grilled and really flavorful! lots of rosemary all over those wings
Yeah their pizza is awesome!
I just tried this tonight for the first time, and it is REALLY good! I’ll be keeping the vampires away tonight, though. Because of the garlic breath factor, I’d give it a 3 1/2 out of 5 stars.
Haha, garlic breath factor?! Fair enough! But for those people who love garlic would be in heaven! Other than the garlic breath, you enjoyed the pizza right?
Haha it’s well worth it though!
