Fleming’s Prime Burger with Fries
Cheddar Cheese, Peppered Bacon

Ricky Ly of Tastychomps.com and I decided to hit up Fleming’s for their Happy Hour. Ricky has raved about their Fleming’s Prime Burger being super delicious plus when you go for happy hour, the burger is for $6!

Happy Hour is great, especially at those upscale restaurants. Happy Hour gives you an opportunity to check out those expensive restaurant without breaking the bank. Fleming’s has a beautiful decor with ambient lighting. It is a very romantic and trendy. (Hint-Hint Wink-Wink to all you fellas looking for a nice place to take your special someone.)

We were very quick to place our order and they were very quick to expedite our order because it came to our table so quickly. I was not expecting the The Prime Burger to come in such a large plate with a mountain of fries. Needless to say, it was very filling. It was a pretty good burger but it is not the best burger. I can’t complain too much about it since it was only a $6 burger with fries compared to my bill at those fast food places, I would have to say I got a pretty good deal!

I was very impress with their Tenderloin Carpaccio appetizer. It is a very delicate and light meal. It pairs really well with the crostinis and topping it with basil brings an element of freshness. You almost forget that you are eating raw meat.

The next time I come, I would most definitely order the Tenderloin Carpaccio and the Prime Burger. I would be interested in trying other menu items such as their Seared Ahi Tuna and their Calamari. I really encourage to anyone who hasn’t been to check out Fleming’s for Happy Hour. I thought it was out of my budget to dine at Fleming’s on Restaurant Row but Ricky Ly has once again proven to me that those high-dollar restaurants really offer great Happy Hour Specials!
