We received a sample of VeeV’s Açaí Spirits from Zuri of The Baddish Group. We played mixologist at home and mixed up some of their recipes. The VeeV Açaí Spirit puts out a very fruity and floral fragrance. Here is one of the recipes we tried:
VeeV Açaí Mojito
Açaí Mojito Recipe
(Refreshing VeeV Cocktails At Ruby Tuesday)
2 oz VeeV Açaí Spirit
.75 oz pomegranate juice
.75 oz agave nectar
8 mint leaves
1 lime wedge
Club Soda
Squeeze and drop 1 lime wedge, 8 mints leaves and agave nectar in a shaker. Fill shaker with ice, VeeV Açaí Spirit and pomegranate juice, and shake well. Pour shaker’s contents into a pilsner glass and top with club soda.
This was a pretty good drink but you definitely cannot leave out the mint leaves. We left it out the first time and it did not taste so great. The mint is the key in making a great tasting and refreshing mojito! Hope you enjoy!
