One of the strongest beers in the Imperial Stout catetory, World Wide Stout is a “big” beer that is full of complex flavors and aromas. The brewing and aging process takes just over a year to complete. The result is a very rich and complex beverage that will stimulate your tastebuds with every sip. I had this particular bottle in my celar for just over two years by the time I opened it and I must say, the years have treated it well. The aging process allowed the flavors to become more balanced and also reduced the amount of alcohol you are usually able to taste on a beers as high ini alcohol such as this one. The World Wide Stout is an extremelly rich beverage. It’s characteristics resemble more those of a Port than of your average beer. This is a great winter beer, but may not be the best choice for those hot summer days here in Florida.
