RedLight RedLight

RedLight RedLight used to be located in Winter Park, across the street from Dexter’s in an upstairs hole-in-the-wall speak easy looking place.
Unlike any of the places in the surrounding area, it had no signs, only a single door leading to a flight of stairs and a red light just inside of the door. If you didn’t know exactly what to look for you may not find the place.
That was then, and this is now. RedLight RedLight has moved to Baldwin Park, directly across the street from Roxy’s night club.
Its current location still shows the name of the previous establishment called Aztex Mexican Restaurant.

While there, I ordered the Fantome de Noel. I have seen this beer before at Knightly Spirits, but never had the desire to spend the $15 + on a bottle I didn’t know much about. So I figure I try it here, since it was on tap and for a much better price.

The Fantome de Noel is a very interesting beer. It is somewhat light in flavor and has a bit of a yest taste. Its flavor is different than most beers I’ve had.

My friend ordered the Hercules IPA followed by a flight of barley wines. I am always wary of drinking that much barley wine in one sitting, due to its sweetness and alcohol content.

The flight consisted of the Avery Hog Heaven, Lugnitas Brown Shugga, Shipyard and Brooklyn Barley Wine for $8 was a great deal, especially if you like variety.

Currently, as of the date of this post, Redlight Redlight is a cash only establishment.

Mega YUMmO-O-O-O-O! I highly recommend this place to someone who loves beer!
